Beginner

5yo & up

This is the first level of our Tumble program, perfect for students looking to add floor time to their schedule or learn the basics of cheerleading or dance. The class provides 30 minutes of instruction on fundamental floor skills. Students will be tested on the core skills needed to advance to the Tumble for Advanced Beginner level. Core Skills: 1. Handstand 2. Cartwheel 3. Bridge Kickover Max class size: 8:1

Advanced Beginner 

5yo & up

The second level of our Tumble program continues to develop students' skills on floor exercises, now including trampoline surfaces in the rotations. Ideal for advancing gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers, this class offers 45 minutes of instruction using floor, trampoline, and tumble track surfaces to teach essential skills. Students will be tested on the core skills needed to advance to the Tumble for Intermediate level. Core Skills: 1. Round-off + Rebound 2. Back or Front Walkover 3. Back Handspring on Tramp Max class size: 8:1

The third level of our Tumble program offers students the chance to develop and refine advanced skills tailored to their specific focus, whether in gymnastics, cheer, or dance. This class includes 45 minutes of instruction, during which students will rotate through various stations, including the floor, trampoline, and tumble track. Students will be tested on the core skills needed to advance to the Tumble for Advanced level. Core Cheer Skills: 1. Back Handspring down Wedge 2. Back Tuck on Tramp 3. Round-off + Back Handspring on Tramp Core Dance Skills: 1. Side aerial off rod onto soft surface landing mat 2. Front or side aerial on tramp Max class size: 8:1

Intermediate

5yo & up

The fourth level of our Tumble program allows students to master higher-level skills needed for their specific focus, whether in gymnastics, cheer, or dance. Students will use floor, trampoline, and tumble track surfaces in this 45-minute class. While teaching core skills, this class also offers flexibility and unique training opportunities for students working on different skill variations. Core Cheer Skills: 1. Round-off + back handspring on floor 2. Standing back tuck on floor Core Dance Skills: 1. Side or front aerial on floor, 2. Back handspring on floor Max class size: 8:1
