The Ninja Zone training program is an amalgamation of three different sports used to teach complex ways of moving and interacting with the environment. Ninja utilizes parkour, martial arts (tricking), and gymnastics to fully harness their potential for movement and body awareness. In the ninja program, students will be challenged physically while also being taught strong morals and values through the use of our Ninja Creed and Ninja Mantra. There is a heavy emphasis on discipline, self control and hard work. Our goal is to teach them how to do cool and amazing things, but also give them the understanding on when it's appropriate to utilize those skills in their everyday lives.
Ninjas should come to class wearing the proper uniform/attire which includes the Ninja Training Shirt and Headband received at your first class.
The levels in our Ninja Zone program are based on a set of core skills on each event. Upon achieving all skills, the student will move up to the next level. Progress Reports are handed out during Week 8/9 and will indicate which level the student should sign up for during the next session.

Ages 7+ = 6:1
