What is the drop-off/pick-up policy? Students should arrive 5-10 minutes early for class to allow for movement in the parking lot, time to put away belongings, and line up with their coaches. Parents need to physically walk their child(ren) into the building and be present in the lobby at the end of class to pick up their child(ren). Students may not leave the building without a parent/guardian and may not cross the parking lot unattended, before or after class.
What should my child wear?
Do you have a free-trial class? No. We want each child to have the full experience of Revolution’s class program. As such, when you register, you will be enrolled for the entire class session and charged on the monthly payment schedule.
Do you have a sibling discount? Yes! Within the same immediate family, the second child's tuition is 10% off, the third child's tuition is 25% off, the fourth child's tuition is 50% off and the fifth child's tuition is free!
Do you have a multiple class discount? Yes! If your child is enrolled in two classes per week, the second class is 10% off.
What is the payment policy? Revolution's tuition is paid monthly, process on the 15th of each month (class) or the 1st of the month (team). A late fee of $15 will be applied to any outstanding balance by 12p on Friday of the same week.
What is the cancellation policy? If for any reason you choose not to finish the session, you MUST notify the Front Desk ([email protected]) by the 5th of the preceding month. If done by the 5th of the preceding month, you will not be charged for the following month's tuition. A $15 drop fee will be charged per dropped class. No refunds are offered on class tuition.
What is the difference between a CREDIT and a REFUND? A CREDIT is an amount that is placed back on your family's Revolution account to be used toward a future session's tuition, Proshop purchase, or special event. A REFUND is an amount that is processed back to the credit card which was originally charged.
What is the class makeup policy? Revolution does not offer makeup classes, except in the event of an inclement weather closure.
Inclement Weather Closures: Revolution makes every effort to remain open for all scheduled classes. However, in the event of a weather-related closure, families will be notified by 3:00pm via email. We will also post any closures on the website and social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Can I still sign up after the session has started? Yes, for the first 12 weeks of each session, you will be prorated accordingly. After Week 12, registration is closed to maximize growth and consistency for the currently enrolled students with their coaches. We do allow mid-session preschool class enrollments until the Friday prior to Priority Registration each session.
Class closure policy: Revolution reserves the right to close any class due to enrollment. We will notify all customers who have signed up for the class and offer to reassign them to the same class level on a different day/time.
What should my child wear?
- Ninjas: Ninja Training T-shirt and athletic shorts/sweats.
- Girls: Leotard with or without spandex shorts/leggings.
- All: bare feet only—no socks, as they can cause a slip or fall on the mats. Hair should be pulled back and out of the face. Please remove all jewelry before class. No chewing gum or midriffs are permitted.
